Auto Reorder and Cancellation Terms

Your auto reorder begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your auto reorder will automatically renew and you will continue to be charged on a recurring basis based on the frequency period you select (i.e., 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, or 90 days) and without notice until you cancel. You authorize Nestlé Health Science or its payment processing provider(s) to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) based on the frequency period you select until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then current, non-promotional price for your product, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, each frequency period upon renewal until you cancel. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NESTLÉ HEALTH SCIENCE WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.

We may change the price of your product during your auto reorder term, and we will notify you of any price change with the option to cancel. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your auto reorder prior to the next auto reorder term as described in the “Cancellation Terms” section below.
