Nestlé Healthcare Nutrition, Inc. (Nestlé Health Science) is the proud leader in the field of nutritional science and is committed to redefining the management of health across the spectrum of life. Part of that commitment means standing behind our products and quality controls. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product in the Nestlé Health Science medical nutrition brand portfolio (noted below) that you purchased from Nestlé Health Science or through one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or a replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and unauthorized online marketplace sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States and applies to the following medical nutrition product brands only: Alfamino®, Arginaid®, Benecalorie®, Beneprotein®, BOOST®,* Carnation Breakfast Essentials®, Compleat®, Diabetisource® AC, Extensive HA®, Fibersource®, Glutasolve®, Impact Advanced Recovery®, Isosource®, Novasource®, Nutren®, Nutrisource® Fiber, Peptamen®, Thickenup®, Replete®, Resource®, Tolerex®, and Vivonex® RTF.

Claim Process
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us by email using our online Contact Form or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-240-2713 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays. You will be asked to provide us: (1) the name of the product that is the subject of the claim, (2) the reason for your dissatisfaction, (3) information regarding when and where you purchased your product, and (4) proof of purchase. You may also be asked to provide photos of the product. If your claim is conditionally approved, you will be required to either email or mail us the product’s proof of purchase to the address below, identified by the Guarantee approval number issued to you.

Terms and Conditions
You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase. LIMIT ONE REFUND PER NAME, ADDRESS, OR HOUSEHOLD. Requests from employees, retailers, distributors, healthcare providers, resellers, groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, or suspected fraudulent requests will not be honored. Nestlé Health Science is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable responses. Rights to the refund are not assignable or transferable. If a refund check is being issued, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing and mailing. This Guarantee is only valid in the 50 United States and D.C. and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Nestlé Health Science may amend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without notice.
