My speech therapist told me about this product and I’m so glad she did. It looks and tastes a great deal more like plain water and quenches my thirst better than the prior products she recommended.

I have only used it a few times but it works well. It is much better than a thickener I had used before. So far I have only tried it with water but am planning to use it with other drinks and soup.

I am new to thickening products, so I'm slowly learning the process. These packets are convenient to leave in my purse so that I can thicken water at a restaurant or thicken coffee at Dunkin'. They don't change the taste at all, just the texture.

Best Thickener for liquids

I have been using this for several years for my husband with dysphagia. I started buying directly from Nestle Nutrition store when I was frustrated that it was not always available in my local drugstore. I am saving money, too, with the subscription/ autoship option. I recommend also buying the stick packs to have on hand for convenience when going out. Put a few in your travel bag so you can use anywhere!
