I have been using this fiber three times a day for the last year plus n I’ve had some problems with the powder dissolving completely occasionally n your not to drink any that is not dissolved!

I really like it ,tasteless less i take it in cranberry/ cherry juice ,i also take other fiber. This product i take to feed the good bacteria in my body. Heard all postive . I do like it helps alot Thanks Nestle!!

While I was hospitalized two years ago, they gave me Nutrisource fiber packets twice a day. After my release, I was thrilled to find it on-line in the Nestle health Science Store because OTC guar gum is hard to find & it's expensive. I have used it for the past two years with great results & now take it three times a day per my doctor's advice. I like the packets because I can carry them with me to add to a beverage when I dine out. At home I use the canisters. I have the canisters auto shipped to me which I find very convenient. Also, the price is very reasonable.

This is the easiest way I’ve found to get my fiber three times a day but be sure it’s dissolved before you drink it! Does produce gas in intestines that can be unpleasant n painful while it’s moving through the intestines

This is a nice for of fiber. You can mix it with anything and it tastes like whatever you mixed it with. It dissolves completely and quickly and leaves no gritty after taste. If you need a sorce of extra fiber this us a good choice.
