  • IBgard® is designed with Ultra-Purified Peppermint Oil which can help normalize the digestion of food and the absorption of food nutrients†
  • For daily gut-health support: take two capsules once a day or as directed by a healthcare provider. Take 30 to 90 minutes before a meal, with water.
  • If the pre-meal dose is missed, IBgard® can be taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.

Each 2 capsule serving contains 180 mg of Ultramen® peppermint oil (l-Menthol content: 83 mg) and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol)

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, hypromellose, methylcellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer, less than 2% of triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide (color), yellow 5, green 3

IB Gard is working for me! I've found in comparing stores that it's cheapest buying from Nestles. But with shipping it's more expensive. I've switched to buying 2 boxes and have no shipping cost. Thanks for a great over the counter product that really works!
