It was a 5 until packaging was changed. Now it is a 1 because my son with Muscular Dystrophy can no longer feed himself if I am not home, or asleep, as he can not open the twist caps. I am also starting to have trouble with them with arthritis. They are very bad for the elderly & disabled and this change was the very worst thing you could have done! Please take into consideration the people that use this product being mostly elderly & disabled and go back to the original packaging so my son that is down to 100 lbs. can feed. He couldn't open the original one either but atleast the original packaging could be easily opened with a knife and that he could do!
