[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great as a favor base for a protein smoothie. With 13 grams of protein, it's a great way to add more protein into your day without having to have an actual meal. Be careful if you are on a low sugar diet because the sugar content is not low, but it's needed to have great flavor I guess. You could probably get away with using half a packet. I'm sure the flavor won't be lacking. It's worth a try, especially as a pre / post workout protein packed drink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ingredients look great. Packaging is great, price is a good value HOWEVER I wasnt a fan of the taste, almost seemed chalky. It did fill me up and left me without craving more food or snacks but wouldn’t pick up another one.
